At the sole discretion of the Operator, those deemed to be engaged in any of the above activities, or in any other activity deemed unacceptable by the Operator, the Operator retains full and all rights to determine what accounts may be accepted or rejected for use of the Service. Communications are accpeted from Members to the Operator using online forms provided at the 123StartPage.com website. The Operator reserves the right to send email communications to Members to convey important information necessary for the proper operation and function of the Service. Disputes arising from the operation and use of the Service shall be settled internally between the parties. Should litigation arise, the location of the litigation will be within the jurisdiction of the Operator. The service is provided as is, without any implicit or explicit warranty or guarantee for any particular service. Rights to use the service by members may be revoked at any time for any reason at the discretion of the Operator. Likewise, while the service remains free, the service may be discontinued at any time by the operator. Alterations to these terms and conditions of service may be changed at any time by the Operator without advance notice to Members.
